Allan is a partner in Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group who has extensive experience assisting clients with large, complex land investment and development projects. Allan handles transactions involving undeveloped land, retail, office, residential, multifamily, and mixed-use projects, medical and healthcare facilities, sports and entertainment venues, and industrial and manufacturing facilities. His experience also includes representing clients in financing real estate transactions, including equity investments and joint ventures, and representing investors, developers, and owners in the acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of real estate.
Allan's practice also includes the representation of landlords and tenants in retail, restaurant, office, and industrial leases, including ground leases, build-to-suit, sale/leaseback, and sublease transactions.
With more than 30 years of experience in real estate law, his broad background enables him to understand the needs of multiple project stakeholders and to effectively strategize with clients to identify creative and practical solutions to achieve their business objectives.
