Amanda Keller is a senior attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, where she represents policyholders in all stages of coverage evaluation, claims handling, and insurance litigation. Her practice focuses on helping corporate and individual insureds understand, preserve, and enforce their rights under a wide range of insurance policies.

Amanda regularly evaluates coverage under primary and excess policies, advises clients on proper notice and reporting of claims, and guides insureds through complex claim investigations and the insurer correspondence process. She assists policyholders in responding to coverage position letters, challenging improper denials, and developing strategies to maximize available insurance recovery. Amanda has significant experience litigating coverage disputes in state and federal courts, including declaratory judgment actions involving catastrophic losses, environmental claims, product liability matters, and commercial exposures. She counsels clients on related-claims issues, allocation, notice requirements, indemnity obligations, and the interaction of multi-layer towers of coverage.

In addition to her insurance practice, Amanda maintains an active commercial and business litigation practice, representing companies in restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes, business tort claims, and contractual litigation. She handles matters from pre-suit investigation through appeal, including discovery management, dispositive motions, evidentiary hearings, and trial preparation. Amanda is known for her practical, solutions-oriented approach to coverage disputes and her ability to help policyholders navigate both the legal and strategic aspects of the claims process.

Beyond her litigation practice, Amanda is deeply committed to professionalism and service. She currently serves as president of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, where she leads programs focused on community service, leadership development, and the advancement of young lawyers. Her contributions have been recognized statewide and locally, including The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division’s inaugural 36 Under 36 Professionalism Award and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers’ 2024 Outstanding Young Lawyer Award.
