Hamza Mallick is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. His practice is focused on domestic and international M&A transactions, divestitures, corporate governance and private equity.
Hamza advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic buyers and sellers on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, minority investments, joint ventures, and related general corporate matters. He has led legal due diligence on complex buy-side and sell-side transactions, including leading client calls, managing junior associates, coordinating with subject-matter specialists, preparing diligence reports and disclosure schedules.
He also advises private equity clients and portfolio companies on post-closing integration matters, internal reorganizations, and ongoing general corporate governance needs, as well as coordinates transaction closings, including signature processes, escrow mechanics, funds flow logistics, and preparation of closing sets.
