Rob Marcus is an experienced trial attorney with a nationally recognized litigation practice. Rob has handled a wide variety of complex cases, including business disputes, “bet-the-company” litigation, securities and financial disputes, government investigations, insurance coverage litigation, intellectual property litigation, catastrophic injury cases, and class action defense.
