Julie McClintock is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She has experience representing clients in complex civil litigation, as well as managing construction disputes and multi-party matters involving defect claims, breach of contract, and counterclaims. Julie has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for three areas, including Commercial Litigation, since 2024.

Julie represents clients in both state and federal court. She represents corporate clients in the energy, financial, and technology sectors in high-stakes disputes, including an array of matters ranging from personal injury to contract disputes. She also has second-chair arbitration experience within the construction and general contracting industry.

In addition to her commercial practice, Julie also maintains an active pro bono practice, where she assists in a variety of matters related to family law, landlord/tenant disputes, and estate planning. Julie also regularly volunteers with the Junior League of the Woodlands, where she is an active member on the Holiday Market Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee.

Julie attended South Texas College of Law Houston (cum laude), where she served as assistant articles editor for the South Texas Law Review, as well as a student executive editor for the South Texas Construction Law Journal and an articles/note editor for the Harry L. Reed Oil & Gas Law Institute Energy Newsletter. Additionally, while in law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Hon. David Hittner in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
