Nick McTarnaghan is an associate in Bradley’s Construction Practice Group. Nick represents construction, transportation and warehouse clients in commercial litigation, contract breaches, personal injury defense litigation, and insurance matters.
His experience includes both plaintiff and defense work involving a wide variety of matters, including contract law, commercial litigation, commercial real estate, warehousing, personal injury, insurance coverage, regulatory compliance, labor and employment, and class actions. He has successfully represented clients in state and federal court, where he has been instrumental in obtaining several summary judgments, as well as securing voluntary dismissals for the defense.
