Successfully argued motion confirming $7.2 million arbitration award in construction-related dispute against arguments that court lacked jurisdiction or should modify the award. Counsel in numerous patents cases in U.S. District Courts for Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, appearing before courts in these districts frequently.
