Defended buyer in arbitration against seller suing for specific performance to force buyer to consummate $10.5 million real estate transaction and, after briefing and submitting summary-judgment motion, leveraged seller to accept a $5,000 settlement offer. Successfully argued motion confirming $7.2 million arbitration award in construction-related dispute against arguments that court lacked jurisdiction or should modify the award. Counsel in numerous patents cases in U.S. District Courts for Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, appearing before courts in these districts frequently.
