Raf Nadeem is an associate in Bradley’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group who represents clients in M&A transactions, entity formations, real estate and finance. He is focused on meeting clients’ needs and ensuring efficient deal execution.
Raf has engaged in mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture transactions valued up to $300 million for a range of healthcare clients, including pharmacies, durable medical equipment companies, and home health providers. He also has drafted and negotiated transaction documents, including NDAs, letters of intent, asset and stock purchase agreements, and deliverables such as consent resolutions, officer’s certificates, escrow agreements, and flow of funds memos.
