Raf Nadeem is an associate in Bradley’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group who represents clients in M&A transactions and general corporate matters. He is focused on meeting clients’ needs and ensuring efficient deal execution.
Raf has experience across the full transaction lifecycle, from letter of intent and due diligence through closing and post-closing matters, having worked on transactions valued up to $300 million. He has drafted and negotiated transaction documents, including NDAs, letters of intent, and asset and stock purchase agreements, as well as closing deliverables such as consent resolutions, officer’s certificates, escrow agreements, and flow of funds memos.
