Chris Odgers is an associate in Bradley’s Construction Practice Group. His practice primary involves representing owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. Chris also has experience in consumer finance, business development, and healthcare matters in state and federal courts. He works closely with clients to advise them through all phases of business development and litigation.

Chris graduated (cum laude) from Stetson University College of Law and was awarded the Edward. D. Foreman Most Distinguished Student Award. During law school, Chris was articles and symposia editor for the Stetson Law Review, a member of Stetson’s Trial Team and Stetson’s Moot Court Board, and externed for the Hon. Sean P. Flynn of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. His accomplishments include winning the 2019 National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition.

Prior to law school, Chris served in the U.S. Army. As a veteran, he looks to give back to the larger veteran community. During law school, Chris worked with Stetson’s Veterans Law Institute, assisting veterans and their families in navigating the Department of Veterans Affairs’ benefits system. Specifically, he interviewed new clients, assisted clients with filing claims, and appealed benefit denials, including researching and drafting memorandums of law to support veterans’ claims. Chris continues to work with veterans in his volunteer work and as a member and the Legislative Affairs Chair of the Florida Association of Veteran-Owned Businesses.
