Ashley Osborne is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group.
Her practice is focused on advising clients on corporate transactions and securities law in a variety of industries. Ashley advises buyers and sellers on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and other general corporate matters. She is experienced in matters involving the entire life cycle of a company, including entity formation, securities compliance, securities offerings and complex M&A transactions.
Ashley received her J.D. from the University of California Davis School of Law, where she was president of the Negotiations Team and was a member of both the UC Davis Law Review and the UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy.
