Beth Petras is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Beth earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she was an articles editor for the Emory Law Journal. Her student comment, Assessing Design Defectiveness in the Digital Age, Emory L. J. 657 (2024), was published in the Emory Law Journal. She also participated in the Turner Environmental Law Clinic, where she provided pro bono representation to community groups and nonprofit organizations that seek to protect the natural environment and promote environmental justice.
Beth received a B.A. in Earth and Environmental Sciences and a B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
