Jillian Purdue is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. She assists on high-value corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity investments. Jillian has led and managed due diligence processes and drafted due diligence memorandums and disclosure schedules. She also has drafted and revised equity and asset purchase agreements, contribution agreements, and ancillary documents.
Jillian’s experience includes managing the full lifecycle of a transaction, including coordinating all aspects of a closing, collaborating with subject matter experts, financial advisors, and accountants, and providing strategic legal counsel on a range of corporate governance matters.
