Lily Rucker is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group.

Lily earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University, where she was a notes editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law. Her student note, “The End of an Era: The Uncertain Future of Section 230 Immunity for Social Media Platforms,” 26 Vand. J. Ent. & Tech. L. 241 (2023), was published by the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law. She also received her M.S. in Marketing and B.S. in Commerce & Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Alabama.
