Erin Saltaformaggio is a partner in the Jackson, Mississippi office, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. Her litigation experience includes commercial disputes, health and life insurance disputes, fraud and bad-faith actions, unfair competition, and trade secret cases. Erin has significant experience in healthcare litigation, including the defense of private correctional healthcare providers in Section 1983 civil rights suits. She also has represented clients in investigations before the Mississippi Securities Division.
Erin is a member of Bradley’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and serves as practice group leader for the Insurance team.
In addition to her law practice, Erin remains active in local bar associations and community organizations. Most recently, Erin completed a three-year term serving on the Women in the Profession Committee for the Mississippi Bar. In 2018, she completed the Mississippi Bar’s Leadership Forum, which accepts no more than 20 lawyers each year to its program and seeks to serve the legal profession by equipping participants with the vision, knowledge, and skills necessary to serve as leaders in their profession and local communities. Erin is also actively involved with the Junior League of Jackson. Erin previously served as an adjunct professor of Legal Writing at Mississippi College School of Law.
Erin graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief for the Mississippi College Law Review and was a member of the moot court board. Before law school, Erin graduated cum laude from Kansas State University.

Miss. 2018) Obtained summary judgment in favor of correctional healthcare provider in civil rights suit based on plaintiff’s failure to exhaust administrative remedies. JRA One, LLC v. City of Ridgeland, 2016-CA-00079-SCT (Miss. S. Ct. 2017) Counsel for multi-family property owner in constitutional challenge to zoning ordinance restricting density in residential districts, which was settled after briefing in Supreme Court Major Mart, Inc. v. Mitchell Distributing Company, Inc., 3:13-cv-942 HTW-LRA (S.D. Miss., trial in 2015) After a 17-day jury trial, a jury verdict and final judgment was awarded in favor of a beer distributor in a federal antitrust case brought by a convenience store chain alleging monopolization, attempted monopolization, price discrimination, and state law torts. Ducksworth v. Wesley Health Systems, 2:14-cv-134 (S.D. Miss. 2015) Obtained summary judgment on all claims in favor of Wesley Health Systems in Title VII race discrimination and retaliation case. Miss. 2014) Obtained directed verdict following a bench trial in favor of log home manufacturer in suit alleging negligence relating to the construction of parts for a log home. Havard v. Bankers Life and Casualty Company, 3:11-cv-142 (N.D. Miss. 2014) Obtained summary judgment on all claims in favor of Bankers Life and Casualty Company in suit for breach of contract and bad faith breach of contract. Williams v. Homecomings Financial Network, Inc., (Miss. Ct. App. 2013) Obtained a successful ruling from the Mississippi Court of Appeals following the appeal by the borrowers upon entry of judgment in favor of mortgage lender in the trial court relating to the enforcement of a global settlement agreement. Eagle Transportation, LLC. v. Great American Insurance Co., et al., 2:11-cv-00096 (S.D. Miss. 2012) Obtained summary judgment for Great American Insurance Company in suit for equitable estoppel by third-party broker following a loss by the insured.
