David Sandefer is a senior attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He manages complex commercial litigation matters, including class actions, multidistrict litigation, and appellate proceedings in state and federal court.
David has diverse litigation experience representing corporate clients in a broad range of matters, including cases involving antitrust claims, contract disputes, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). He has extensive experience in briefing and motions practice in state and federal courts, discovery, and working with fact and expert witnesses. His recent matters include representing a national pharmacy in nationwide litigation relating to opioid dispensing and distribution practices.
David also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented individuals seeking asylum in U.S. immigration courts. Prior to joining Bradley, he served as a law clerk on the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern District of Alabama, where he gained significant legal research and writing experience.
