    • Hayes v. Sumner County Board of Education, Case No. 3:14-cv-01147 (M.D. Tenn. Oct. 14, 2016)
      Second-chair trial counsel in obtaining a complete defense verdict for a school district following a week long jury trial in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee in a case brought by a nationally ranked high school athlete alleging that coaches and teammates bulled, harassed, and discriminated against her because of her race in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

      US. v. Sullivan, et al., Case No. 2:13-cr-00039 (E.D. Pa. July 23, 2013)
      Obtained acquittal of all charges following an eight-week long trial in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for a state court judge charged with conspiracy, wire fraud and mail fraud in a high-profile, multi-defendant ticket-fixing case.

      Cradle of Liberty Council, Inc., Boy Scouts of America v. City of Philadelphia, 2:08-02429 (E.D. Pa. June 23, 2010)
      Obtained verdict in favor of client following eight-day federal jury trial involving First Amendment claims against the City of Philadelphia.

      Successfully defended Fortune 100 client at arbitration hearing resulting in dismissal of all claims against client.

      Successfully represented Fortune 500 client at AAA arbitration hearing resulting in enforcement of multimillion-dollar contract and collection of full amount of counterclaim damages plus interest.

    • Snodgrass-King Pediatric Dental Associates, P.C., et al. v. DentaQuest USA Insurance Company, Inc., Case No. 18-5271/5284 (6th Cir. June 11, 2019)
      Successfully represented managed care organization in claim by a dental practice not admitted into the MCO provider network. Following trial, the district court reversed the jury verdict and entered judgment for client, which was upheld on appeal by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

      Florence v. Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Burlington, 566 U.S. 318 (2012)
      Successfully represented client in appeal before the United States Supreme Court where the Court determined in favor of client that the Fourth Amendment permits a jail to conduct a suspicion-less strip search of every individual admitted to the general jail population, even those admitted for minor offenses.

      J.S. v. Blue Mountain School District, et al., No. 08-4138 (3d Cir. June 13, 2011)
      Successfully represented client in appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit where the court, sitting en banc, ruled in favor of client that the school district had violated the student’s First Amendment rights, finding that a school could not punish a student for out-of-school speech that does not create a substantial and material disruption inside the school.

    • Represented executive and consulting company in a False Claims Act case.

      Represented client in $34 million market manipulation dispute against the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

      Represented a mutual fund advisor client in SEC investigation regarding various disclosure issues.

      Represented a number of corporate managers in connection with federal grand jury investigations of alleged health care fraud, including off-label marketing.

      Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Insurance Department v. Kingsway Financial Services, Inc., 922 A.2d 255 (Pa. Commw. Ct. 2010)
      Represented client in litigation against the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance and obtained 3-0 panel decision dismissing the claims that client violated the Pennsylvania Insurance Holdings Company Act.

    • Successfully represented client in compelling arbitration of employment related sexual harassment claims.

      SAFSTOR Real Estate Co., LLC v. 4890 Summerdale Associates, L.P., Case No. 2:19-cv-1065 (E.D. Pa. July 3, 2019)
      Successfully represented plaintiff-client against motion to dismiss in complex real estate sale dispute.

      Represented the National Hockey League in enforcing the arbitration provisions of the NHL Constitution and owner consent agreements in connection with a lawsuit among owners of the Nashville Predators hockey club.

      Represented client against fraudulent transfer claims of over $425 million.
