Greg Simcox is a senior attorney in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He represents buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, new construction loans, and development. He also represents owners in the operation and management of commercial real estate properties, including self-storage and multifamily assets, as well as general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Bradley, Greg served as senior legal counsel for a vertically integrated, multinational real estate owner and operator. He provided legal guidance and operational support to employees and operations teams in 18 U.S. jurisdictions, and managed the legal process for acquisition, financing, and refinancing of the entirety of the company’s U.S. self-storage portfolio totaling over $1.3 billion in value.
