Gabby Sprio is an associate in Bradley’s Government Contracts Practice Group. .
Gabby has extensive experience litigating bid protests at the Government Accountability Office, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and federal agencies. She also has experience with small business size protests and appeals at the U.S. Small Business Administration, requests for equitable adjustments, claims, and disputes.
Gabby advises clients on a wide range of government contracts topics. She has counseled clients on issues related to Other Transaction Authority agreements, terminations, teaming agreements, joint venture agreements, subcontracts, novations, changes of name and corporate conversions, and other procurement law compliance issues. She also has experience advising on issues related to small business programs and the AbilityOne Program.
Gabby is experienced in conducting due diligence reviews of and advising on the government contracts-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions involving government contractors. Prior to joining the legal industry, Gabby worked for a leading global aerospace and defense company, gaining experience in government contract administration and financial analysis.
Gabby earned her J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law and also holds a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Finance and Economics from the University of Alabama.

United States, COFC No. 23-1420 (2024) Successfully represented the protester in a high-profile U.S. Court of Federal Claims protest involving the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s issuance of a FAR deviation waiving SAM.gov registration requirements. (2024) Successfully represented the intervenor-awardee in a $200 million GAO bid protest involving a task order award to support the Army Headquarters G9, Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness to increase the physical and psychological health of soldiers and Department of Defense personnel. Classic Air Charter, Inc., B-421683.5 (2023) Successfully represented the protester, Classic Air Charter, Inc., in a GAO protest challenging the evaluation of proposals and issuance of a contract award by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. STG International, Inc.; North East South West Healthcare Solutions, LLC; COFC Nos. 23-47C; 23-175C (2023) Successfully represented the protester, North East South West Healthcare Solutions, LLC, in a bid protest before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims involving a medical staffing procurement by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which is valued at approximately $2.6 billion. (2023) Successfully represented the intervenor-awardee in a long-running GAO bid protest involving a $118 million contract award by the Defense Media Activity for support of DMA’s Web Enterprise Business operations center. (2022) Successfully represented the intervenor-awardee in a GAO bid protest involving a contract award by the Army for mess attendant and waiter services at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York. This successful representation followed two successful bid protests that helped our client secure the contract award in the first place.
