Spencer Stephens is a senior attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in complex commercial disputes and litigation pending in state and federal courts throughout the United States, as well as arbitrations. Spencer also has experience conducting internal investigations and defending against regulatory actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Spencer worked as a litigation associate at leading international law firms in Dallas and New York City. He also clerked for the Hon. Steven D. Grimberg of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Spencer earned his J.D., with high honors, from Emory University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an editor of the Emory Law Journal. He received a B.A. (summa cum laude) in Political Science from Marshall University.
