Andrew Tao is an associate in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group. Andrew’s practice focuses on civil litigation matters across the firm's Litigation, Cybersecurity & Privacy, and Construction practice groups. He represents clients at all stages of a dispute, from pre-litigation through trial and appeal, including discovery, dispositive motions, and trial preparation, in both federal and state courts. His litigation practice encompasses a range of matters, including commercial disputes, construction claims, and data privacy and cybersecurity issues. Regardless of the matter, Andrew prides himself on being a diligent and effective advocate for his clients’ interests.
Andrew received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was on the staff of the Kentucky Law Journal. He also earned a B.A. (summa cum laude) in Integrated Strategic Communication from the University of Kentucky.
