Katherine Taylor is an experienced corporate attorney in Bradley’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. She has both Am Law 50 and in-house counsel experience advising public and private companies on corporate governance, securities law, SEC reporting, board and committee support, entity management, financing transactions, and M&A, including proxy statements, insider trading compliance, and NYSE and Nasdaq governance requirements.
Prior to joining the firm, Katherine was associate general counsel for a global leader in cable and wire technology. In her role she provided strategic legal counsel to the company and its domestic and international subsidiaries on corporate governance, financing arrangements, entity management, commercial matters, and other complex corporate legal issues. She led subsidiary governance and entity management across domestic and international legal entities, partnering with paralegal teams to maintain corporate records and organizational compliance. Katherine also advised executive leadership on financing arrangements, strategic transactions, M&A initiatives, corporate restructurings, and other complex corporate matters while partnering cross-functionally with a variety of team leaders.
