Catherine Welch’s practice is focused on commercial and construction litigation.
Catherine received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from the South Texas College of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of CURRENTS: Journal of International Economic Law. She has a B.A. in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
