      $600 million syndicated, secured revolving credit facility to Vulcan Materials Company
      Represented Vulcan Materials Company (NYSE:VMC) and certain of its subsidiaries as Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee local counsel in a $600 million syndicated ABL credit facility with SunTrust Bank as agent for the lender group.

      Acquisition and financing of manufacturing facilities
      Represented two major Canadian manufacturing entities in the acquisition and financing of manufacturing facilities in Alabama.

      Acquisition of manufacturing sites
      Handled the acquisition of manufacturing sites in Alabama for several new automotive industry clients.

      Counsel to POSCO AAPC LLC
      Counsel to POSCO America Corporation and POSCO AAPC, LLC in connection with its location of a $19 million steel coil slitting facility in Jefferson County, Alabama. Negotiated with the County and the industrial development authority to acquire real estate and grant incentives.

      Reorganization and exit financing
      Handled the real estate reorganization and exit financing for a major manufacturing company.

      Sale of Multi-State Real Estate Holdings
      Handled the sale of multiple real estate properties out of bankruptcy for a major client with significant multi-state real estate holdings.
