Benefits and Compensation

Bradley offers competitive salaries and benefits for our attorneys.


Salaries vary by office location, but are among the most competitive in each geographical location. In addition, the firm has an associate bonus pool from which associates can earn a year-end bonus based on demonstrated performance during the year.


As part of our core benefits, Bradley offers medical plans, dental plans, and a vision plan. We offer participation in a health savings account, flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan. We also provide life insurance, long-term disability insurance, profit sharing contributions, and a cell phone stipend.
