The Precarious Position of Providing Telehealth Services

The Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Medicine and Law Committee invites you to join us for a discussion on “The Precarious Position of Providing Telehealth Services – a Legal and Regulatory Update” on November 18, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. to Noon Central Time hosted via Zoom. The expanded ability for providers to provide telehealth services to a wide variety of patients in any setting is not based on a permanent legal framework; as a result, there have been turbulent changes in how and whether such providers can continue offering telehealth services which have caused a disruption of such services, reimbursement issues, and confusion for many. In this complimentary virtual meeting, Bradley Health Care attorneys Evangeline O. Lalangas  and Carly D. Kirkland will discuss the current legal framework for telehealth services for both Medicare and private pay patients.
