Lease Repair, the Mechanics of Drafting Amendments and Forbearance Attachments

This program will focus on the drafting and negotiation of office lease amendments. We will discuss common considerations for landlords’ and tenants’ attorneys when amending a lease and put particular emphasis on amendments that provide for rent relief, including rent forbearance and rent deferrals.
