Grant Williamson is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Grant provides counsel to clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, commercial financing, corporate formation and management, general corporate matters, secured lending and loan modifications, and the financing, leasing, and acquisition and disposition of long term care and senior housing facilities.
He has experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing documents, construction documents, purchase and sale agreements, ground lease and space lease agreements, operating agreements, property management agreements, and other documents and agreements for various real estate development projects and financing transactions, as well as experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports and drafting title objection letters.
In addition to his real estate transactional work, Grant has experience performing audits for healthcare providers to ensure compliance in real estate holdings with the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and other relevant laws, as well as experience drafting and implementing real estate compliance policies for healthcare providers.
