Rural Health Transformation Fund Program in Georgia: Funding Rural Health Technology Initiatives Through ARCHER and GREAT EMR
Please join us for a webinar on October 15, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET, as Bradley hosts representatives from Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI²) and the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) for a discussion of two key initiatives within Georgia’s Rural Health Transformation Program: the Advancing Access to Robust Care and Health in Rural Georgia (ARCHER) Tech Catalyst Fund and GREAT EMR. This session will provide insight into funding opportunities and technology resources designed to impact rural hospitals and health care providers throughout Georgia. The ARCHER Tech Catalyst Fund supports the deployment and evaluation of innovative technologies designed to improve rural health care management and delivery, while GREAT EMR focuses on enhancing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to help providers better leverage data for population health analytics, reporting, and decision-making. The panel will include representatives from Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI²) and the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), which are facilitating both projects for the GA Department of Community Health (DCH). The discussion will focus on what rural hospitals need to know about available grant funding and technology deployment support and the related assessments that will be distributed to hospitals for each project.
