Bradley attorney Jason Mehta was quoted in the Wall Street Journal on the importance of patient testimonies in the trial of Elizabeth Holmes. Holmes, the founder of Theranos Inc., has pleaded not guilty in a closely watched criminal fraud trial. Prosecutors hope patient testimonies will show Theranos failed at critical moments and that Holmes continued touting the tests as reliable despite knowing of bad results.

"The most powerful evidence often comes from patients themselves," explained Mehta. Their stories are "a way to make it real to jurors. It's not just about dollars and cents," he said.
