Bradley Welcomes Environmental Attorney Delaney Beier to Birmingham Office

Bradley is pleased to announce that Delaney L. Beier has joined the firm’s Environmental Law Practice Group in Birmingham.

Ms. Beier is an associate who counsels clients on environmental matters arising out of agency proceedings, enforcement actions, permitting, compliance and due diligence matters, transactions, brownfield redevelopment and litigation. She works with clients across different industries to find practical solutions to the complex environmental law issues they are facing. Ms. Beier has experience with various regulations and agencies, including CERCLA/Superfund, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, and various state counterparts. She also is equipped to assist clients with accidental releases and various reporting requirements to the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board and the National Response Center.

Ms. Beier received her J.D. from Drake University Law School and earned her B.S.B.A. and M.B.A. from Drake University. She is licensed in Alabama, Texas and Iowa and is a member of the Environmental Law Section of the Alabama Bar Association and of the American Bar Association. Ms. Beier is also a member of the Defense Research Institute’s Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee and is involved in the National Association of Women Lawyers.
