Ian P. Faria and Jon Paul Hoelscher Serving in Leadership Roles for the State Bar of Texas's Construction Law Section

Bradley is pleased to announce that Houston partners Ian P. Faria and Jon Paul Hoelscher are both serving in leadership positions for the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.

Faria was elected to a two-year term as Legislative Affairs advisor for the bar’s Construction Law Section, where he previously served on the Governance Committee from 2015 to 2018. Hoelscher will continue serving as a council member for the section through 2024.

The Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas is comprised of over 2,500 members consisting of legal professionals involved in the practice of construction law. The section’s goal is to provide quality continuing legal education to help members stay informed of the latest legal issues impacting the construction industry.
