Bradley Continues Growth in Atlanta with Addition of Healthcare Partners Michele Madison and George Reinhardt

Bradley is pleased to announce that Michele P. Madison and George R. Reinhardt III have joined as partners in the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group in Atlanta. They were both previously partners at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP.

Now the third largest office in the firm’s footprint, Bradley’s Atlanta office has more than tripled in size since it launched in May 2023 with 20 attorneys from leading national law firms. Today, the office has expanded to 64 attorneys who represent clients nationally and across the Southeast in a wide range of industries, including real estate, healthcare, litigation, banking and financial services, corporate M&A, securities, labor and employment, IP, and franchise.

Ms. Madison advises health systems in regulatory and business matters and manages legal issues arising in hospitals, health systems, and physician offices related to employment, investigations, risk management assessment, and corporation management. She assists clients with compliance matters involving HIPAA privacy and security regulations, Certificate of Needs applications, and provides oversight on medical staff governance and credentialing issues. Ms. Madison also works with information technology companies regarding compliance with industry standards and state and federal regulations and has experience negotiating complex agreements between healthcare providers and service vendors, focusing on regulatory issues related to the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA.

Ms. Madison has been ranked in Chambers USA as a leading healthcare practitioner in Georgia since 2010. She has also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Health Care Law since 2013 and included in Georgia Super Lawyers since 2014. She is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia’s Digital Health Board. She is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys. Ms. Madison earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia and her B.B.A. from Georgia State University.

Mr. Reinhardt works with clients in the healthcare industry on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He also works with health systems, physician practices, mental health providers, and other healthcare related entities, providing general legal advice on a myriad of issues, including regulatory issues, physician contracting, patient privacy and contract negotiation. Prior to returning to the practice of law, he served as vice president of an investment banking firm, where he oversaw the healthcare division and provided advice on corporate transactions to healthcare and insurance clients.

Mr. Reinhardt is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Health Care Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Health Law Section and the American Health Lawyers Association. Mr. Reinhardt received his J.D. and his B.B.A. from the University of Georgia and his Master of Health Administration from the University of North Carolina.
