Bradley Adds Dallas Real Estate Partners Matt Hudnall and Allan Katz, Continuing Expansion in Texas

Bradley is pleased to announce that Matthew N. Hudnall and Allan S. Katz have joined the firm’s Dallas office as partners in the Real Estate Practice Group, strengthening Bradley’s real estate development, joint venture, finance, and fund formation capabilities.

Mr. Hudnall and Mr. Katz have worked together for more than 20 years, most recently as shareholders in the Dallas office of Maynard Nexsen PC, which they helped establish in 2019 and where Mr. Hudnall served as the Dallas office managing shareholder.

Mr. Hudnall has more than 30 years of experience in real estate law, including 15 years serving as general counsel for a Dallas-based real estate investment fund manager. His practice focuses on complex real estate transactions, joint ventures and financings and the formation of real estate equity and debt investment funds and associated co-investment vehicles and subsidiary entities. A Dallas native, Mr. Hudnall earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University where he majored in Economics. He is an active member of The Real Estate Council of Dallas and served on its board of directors from 2021-2023. Mr. Hudnall also has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law since 2022.

Mr. Katz represents investors, developers, and owners in the acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of real estate, helping clients identify creative and practical solutions to achieve their objectives. He regularly advises on large, complex land investment and development projects and on financing transactions, including equity investments and joint ventures. He also represents landlords and tenants in retail, restaurant, office, and industrial leasing matters. Mr. Katz received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and earned his B.A., with high distinction, from the University of Michigan.
