Bradley Welcomes Back Tax Partner Mark W. Miller to Nashville Office

Bradley is pleased to announce the return of Mark W. Miller as a partner in the Tax and Trusts & Estates practice groups.

With more than 25 years of tax law experience, Mr. Miller’s practice focuses on sophisticated transactional tax matters, including the structuring of corporate, partnership and limited liability company transactions such as formation, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations. He regularly provides counsel on tax-efficient structuring and implementation of M&A transactions, as well as qualified small business stock (QSBS) issues. Mr. Miller also advises tax-exempt organizations and provides tailored counsel to nonprofit hospitals and other healthcare entities. He has substantial experience designing executive-level equity compensation plans and providing counsel regarding income tax issues associated with employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).

Mr. Miller is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Tennessee Federal Tax Institute and is active with the American Health Law Association’s Tax & Finance Practice Group. Mr. Miller has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America®in the area of Tax Law since 2014. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his LL.M. from New York University School of Law. He also received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Murray State University.
