Jeff Harvey Interviewed in Law360 on Bradley's New Outside General Counsel Services Team

Bradley attorney Jeff Harvey was interviewed in Law360 about the firm’s new Outside General Counsel Services team, which aims to provide businesses, particularly middle-market companies, with flexible, cost-effective legal support.

Harvey emphasized that outsourcing general counsel services can give companies broader legal capabilities than maintaining a single in-house lawyer.

"For a middle market company to outsource this process gives them access to the broad range of knowledge and experience and the depth of resources that a law firm can provide," he said. "We focus on providing that in an efficient, economical and responsive way. It has been very well received."

According to Harvey, the arrangement also improves continuity and familiarity with a client’s business. He said the team "offers routine matter support for key operating needs in lockstep with other business teams, and makes available the breadth and depth of specialized subject-matter capabilities and legal operations tools, technology and resources that only the largest business organizations can afford, manage and control internally."
