Kirsten Worden Named a 2026 Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award Winner

Bradley is pleased to announce that Kirsten J. Worden, an associate in the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group, has been named a 2026 Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award winner.
The Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Awards, which are part of the Burton Awards, honor top law firm partners and students for exceptional, clear, and persuasive legal writing. Ms. Worden was selected as one of only 15 law school writers nationwide for her article, “Erasing Illusions: A Statutory Framework for Deletion in U.S. Data Privacy,” published in Vol. 12 of the Texas A&M Law Review.
The Burton Awards, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit program that is co-sponsored by the American Bar Association, will be presented on June 1, 2026. The program will be celebrating its 27th anniversary at the Library of Congress.
Kirsten earned her J.D. (magna cum laude) from Texas A&M University School of Law, where she was articles editor for the Texas A&M Law Review and cofounder of the Texas A&M Technology Law Initiative.
