Kirsten Worden is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group.

Prior to attending law school, Kirsten worked as a research analyst for the Pew Research Center and as a business immigration paralegal preparing employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions.

Kirsten earned her J.D. (magna cum laude) from Texas A&M University School of Law, where she was articles editor for the Texas A&M Law Review and cofounder of the Texas A&M Technology Law Initiative. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Karen G. Scholer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and as a judicial extern for the Hon. Sean D. Jordan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Kirsten also has a B.A. (summa cum laude) in Political Science and Philosophy from Texas A&M.

Kirsten is the author of “Erasing Illusions: A Statutory Framework for Deletion in U.S. Data Privacy,” published in volume 12 of the Texas A&M Law Review.
