Bradley Adds Corporate Attorney Joy Holloway to Nashville Office
Bradley has added Taberah Joy Holloway as counsel in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the Nashville office.

Ms. Holloway concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, finance, and securities. She regularly works with healthcare, technology, and growth-stage companies on a variety of corporate matters, including commercial agreements, governance, strategic transactions, financings, and restructurings. She has valuable experience working closely with executive teams and investors to navigate operational and growth initiatives while coordinating with employment, tax, regulatory, and compliance functions to manage legal risk.
Additionally, Ms. Holloway has extensive in-house experience, including serving as in-house counsel to founder-led and private equity-backed companies and to a provider of information technology services. She has advised on strategic acquisitions, investments, divestitures, and growth initiatives, as well as negotiated and drafted contracts governing the movement of products worldwide.
Ms. Holloway earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia. She is licensed to practice in California, Georgia, and Tennessee.
