Kurtis Anderson is an attorney in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group and a member of the Appellate team. He represents individuals, organizations, and businesses in complex state, national, and international disputes and high-stakes appeals. His practice covers all stages of litigation, with a particular focus on complex motions, preservation of issues at trial, and answering critical appellate questions in state and federal courts across the country.
Kurtis represents clients on a wide array of complex commercial matters from case inception through judgment and appeal. He has resolved franchise contract disputes on dispositive motions, closed multimillion-dollar settlements, and successfully defended against trillion-dollar fraud claims. His appellate experience covers a broad array of subjects, ranging from ERISA policy coverage disputes and trademark infringement to state defamation and Native American protections under federal law in state and federal appellate courts across the country, including before the U.S. Supreme Court. His practice also includes an intimate knowledge of Georgia administrative and appellate procedure and a background in state and federal constitutional challenges.
Kurtis has worked extensively on pro bono matters touching on the practice of law, civil rights, and religious liberty.
