Kurtis Anderson is an attorney in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group who represents individuals, organizations, and businesses in complex state, national, and international disputes and high-stakes appeals. His practice covers all stages of litigation, with a particular focus on international trade, solar energy, insurance coverage disputes, government regulation and licensing, and general appellate litigation in state and federal courts across the country.

Kurtis represents clients on a wide array of complex commercial matters both in court and in alternative dispute resolution. He has helped corporate clients win arbitrations and carry out litigation in numerous multimillion-dollar policy holder coverage disputes and breach of contract actions, as well as supported clients involved in third-party indemnity suits and conducted discovery for internal strategic assessments on their behalf.

He has represented clients on appeals covering a broad array of subjects, ranging from ERISA policy coverage disputes and trademark infringement to state defamation and Native American protections under federal law in state and federal appellate courts across the country, including before the U.S. Supreme Court. His practice also includes assisting clients in energy litigation proceedings and ongoing government investigations, advising on the nuances of state and municipal licensing regimes and administrative procedure, particularly in Georgia.

Kurtis has worked extensively on pro bono matters touching on the practice of law, civil rights, and religious liberty.
