Josh Barza is a senior attorney in Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group.
Prior to joining Bradley, Josh served as director of business operations for a biotech startup, where he oversaw corporate governance and legal matters. His experience also includes representing private equity firms and other private investment firms in corporate and capital market transactions and advising on private company mergers, equity and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments in domestic and international transactions.
