Andrew Bell is a trial lawyer who represents energy sector companies in complex oil and gas litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, surface and downhole tool incidents, and royalty and mineral interest disputes. Andrew has extensive experience in complex multidistrict oil and gas litigation involving royalty and mineral interest disputes.

In addition to his oilfield experience, Andrew represents clients in a variety of commercial and construction litigation matters, including contractual disputes, business torts, and employment litigation.

Andrew was recently listed in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in recognition for his achievements as a litigator. In law school, he was awarded the State Bar of Texas Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy and was inducted into the Order of Barristers for his performance in the San Diego Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition and the American Bar Association Moot Court Competition.
