Her financial services practice includes representing financial institutions, mortgage companies and finance lenders in several states. She has experience defending her clients against FDCPA, FCRA, RESPA, TILA, TCPA, fraud, and unfair and deceptive trade practices claims in residential mortgage litigation matters.
