Nicolas Briscoe is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Government Enforcement & Investigations practice groups with nationwide experience in state and federal court at the trial and appellate levels. He regularly represents clients in class actions, False Claims Act and qui tam actions, high-stakes appeals, and other complex litigation. In particular, Nicolas has substantial experience briefing dispositive motions and appeals in a wide range of substantive practice areas. He also dedicates a portion of his practice to pre-merger clearance, responding to second requests from federal antitrust authorities, and other antitrust matters.

Prior to joining Bradley, Nicolas clerked for the Hon. R. David Proctor of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Nicolas earned his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was the symposium editor for the University of Miami Law Review. He has a B.A. in History from University of Alabama.
