      Obtained regulatory approval for relocation of hospital operations and completion of construction of new hospital through heavily contested processes, including related litigation and appeals.

      Senior living community establishment
      Obtained regulatory approval for establishment and construction of large assisted-living (ALF) and specialty care assisted-living facility (SCALF) in Jefferson County, Alabama, in the Liberty Park area of Vestavia Hills, Alabama.

      Dialysis clinics and surgery centers
      Led teams through successful completion of regulatory processes involved with establishment and expansion of numerous dialysis clinics from start to finish, including Certificates of Need, licensure, and other related approvals required to construct new dialysis clinics, expand capacity or scope of services, or change ownership.

      Obtained regulatory approval for development of two new ambulatory surgery centers in Alabama that will specialize in the specialized vascular access procedures required for dialysis patients to continue to receive their dialysis treatments.
