Ben Colalillo is an associate in Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. His practice focuses on advising public and private companies, many of whom operate in the healthcare or energy sectors, in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate governance and reorganizations, private equity transactions, business entity formation, securities offerings, and securities-related filings and compliance.
Prior to joining Bradley, Ben served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Kevin M. Shanahan with the Civil Division of the New Jersey Superior Court and served as an aide to Leonard Lance, former U.S. Representative for New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District.
