      • Represented a foreign national industrial concern against a former foreign sales representative in international arbitration. The dispute involved nearly a billion U.S. dollars in sales and claims exceeding $200 million and involved state court action, state court appeals and was ultimately decided in international arbitration.

      • Represented an oilfield service company in claims of downhole failure and damage during hydraulic fracturing operations; dispute involved millions of dollars of claims and was resolved prior to trial.

      • Represented a company and its chief executive against claims of fraud and breach of contract by the company’s former president; dispute involved millions of dollars of claims and was decided in arbitration.

      • Represented a partnership and housing authority in claims by a limited partner regarding the wind up of the partnership; dispute involved millions of dollars of claims and was resolved prior to trial.

      • Represented a steel fabricator against the U.S. General Services Administration for the construction of the El Paso Federal Courthouse. The dispute was in the Board of Civilian Appeals, included claims of delay and inefficiency and involved tens of millions of dollars. The matter was resolved prior to trial.

      • Represented an oil field service company and its financier against breach of contract, fiduciary duty and covenant not to compete claims; the matter involved millions of dollars and was decided in arbitration.

      • Represented an oil field service company regarding claims that the company severed a pipeline releasing thousands of gallons of hydrocarbons; the matter involved millions of dollars and was resolved prior to trial.

      • Represented an oil field technology company against a former engineer in a covenant not to compete and trade secrets claim in Texas state court; matter was resolved with a permanent injunction in favor of the company.

      • Represented an oil field service company in a merger and acquisition dispute against the former owners of a hydraulic fracturing company that was tried in state court in Wilmington, Delaware.

      • Represented an oil field service company in a technology and warranty dispute regarding open hole wireline tools in Texas state court; matter was resolved prior to trial.

      • Represented a construction firm against claims of theft of trade secrets, trademark infringement, and theft in hiring an engineer from a competitor in federal court; matter was resolved prior to trial.
