Reed Cowart is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group.
Prior to joining Bradley, Reed received his J.D. (cum laude) from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. (summa cum laude) in Philosophy from Auburn University. While in law school, Reed participated as a student attorney in the Duke Law Community Enterprise Clinic where he handled a variety of transactional matters for local nonprofit organizations.
