Outside of the office, Alé is passionate about giving back and is actively involved in the Nashville community. She was named by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to the 2019 class of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30, which recognizes the city’s top professionals and philanthropists under the age of 30.
In her free time, Alé enjoys barbell sports and being outdoors with her coonhound. She is a proud Vols fan and serves on the University of Tennessee College of Law Alumni Council. She previously served on the University of Tennessee Young Alumni Council and the University of Tennessee Alumni Legislative Council.
Alé is originally from Colombia and uses her experiences as a first-generation student, lawyer and American to mentor other first-generation students. She speaks Spanish with native proficiency.
