Outside of the office, Alé is passionate about giving back and is actively involved with the Junior League of Nashville, Hermanas in the Law, and Cross Point. She was named by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to the 2019 class of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30, which recognizes Nashville’s top professionals and philanthropists under the age of 30.
In her free time, she enjoys barbell sports and being outdoors with her coonhound. She is a proud Vols fan and serves on the University of Tennessee College of Law Alumni Council and the University of Tennessee Alumni Legislative Council.
Alé is originally from Colombia and uses her experiences as a first-generation student, lawyer and American to mentor other first-generation students. She speaks Spanish with native proficiency.
