Carson Darby is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group.

Carson served as a law clerk in the Office of the Governor of Alabama, where he attended high-level meetings with senior staff and stakeholders, gaining firsthand exposure to policymaking processes. He also served as a judicial intern for Judge Corey L. Maze of the United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama, observing court proceedings and judicial meetings and gaining insight into federal litigation and judicial decision-making.

Carson earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law, and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama.
