Max Demers is an associate in Bradley’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Group. His practice is focused on financial services licensing and regulatory matters. Max assists financial institutions and other financial services companies with state licensing requirements, including licensing through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and licensing requirements outside of the NMLS. He also helps clients identify applicable licensing obligations and navigate related regulatory compliance matters.
Max maintains an active pro bono litigation practice representing clients in civil, family, and criminal matters, including D.C. Superior Court appearances, client and witness interviews, factual investigation, and negotiations with opposing counsel.
